Gölles Schnapps Distillery & Vinegar Factory
The Gölles family has been managing orchards in and around the sunny hillside country of Riegersburg for four generations. They have specialised in producing fine vinegars and premium spirits since the beginning of the eighties.
Particular attention is paid to using the highest quality products because only the natural taste of perfect sun-ripened fruits or excellent wines is a suitable basis for producing dense, robustly flavoured schnapps or elegant, delicately aromatic vinegars.

Interactively learn more about old varieties of fruit in the orchard, wander around Austria’s largest cellar of vinegar barrels, and put your taste buds to the test during a vinegar tasting as well as at the olfactory stations in the sensory tunnel. Afterwards, learn about the schnapps distillery where the double combustion principle is still used for distillation, before you wind down the day with a tasting of premium brandies. To the collective good. Bottoms up!

Tours of discovery start every 15 minutes.
