Cancellation policy for online advance payment

The online booking can be cancelled in writing by the guest before the departure date.
The following cancellation rates apply for both the booked company (accommodation provider)
and for the guest (online booker):
In the case of cancellations,

the guest is entitled to demand the following reimbursement:
 100% of the total amount up to 30 days before arrival
70% up to 14 days before arrival
 40% between 13 and 8 days before arrival 0% 7 days before arrival

The percentages are based on the net sum of the booking amount
(minus the debit discount and booking fees
deducted by the company for online payment). The current going rate for these fees is max. 3.2% + 20 VAT of the booking amount.

The accommodation provider shall reimburse the guest after the amount paid online
has been credited to the accommodation provider’s account.
Any other percentages or the possibility to rebook must be negotiated between the
accommodation provider and the guest directly.

Cancellation policy for online bookings made for ‘Payment on site’ (on arrival).

The guest can cancel the confirmed online booking in writing prior to the departure date.
The following cancellation rates apply for both the booked company
(accommodation provider) and for the guest (online booker):
The accommodation provider is entitled to deduct the following percentages from the overnight price:

 0%
of the total amount up to 30 days before arrival
40% up to 14 days before arrival
 70% between 13 and 8 days before arrival 100% 7 days before arrival
