Directions
Travelling by car
From Vienna or Lower Austria
Take the Süd-Autobahn (A2) to the exit Ilz;
from there travel to Loipersdorf.
From West Austria
Via Salzburg take the Pyhrn-Autobahn (A9) or
via Kärnten and the Süd-Autobahn (A2) to the exit Ilz;
from there travel to Loipersdorf.
Take the Munich-Salzburg motorway via the Tauern-Autobahn (A10) to the Pyhrn-Autobahn (A9) towards Graz;
or take the Nuremberg-Passau motorway towards Linz and then the Pyhrn-Autobahn (A9)
to Graz;
from there take the Süd-Autobahn (A2) towards Vienna, then take the exit Ilz and continue to Loipersdorf.
Travelling by bus
Thermenlandbus
The Thermenlandbus runs til the end of June 2024 twice daily from Monday to Friday and once daily on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays between Vienna and Therme Loipersdorf. Guests and commuters can now travel safely, quickly, comfortably and in an environmentally friendly manner from Vienna Central Station to the region and back again.
Travelling by train
From Vienna
From Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Main Station) to Fürstenfeld;
from there take a taxi or bus to Loipersdorf.
From Western Austria and Bavaria
EC connection departing several times daily from Munich via Salzburg or from Innsbruck to Graz and an EC motorail from Feldkirch to Graz daily;
from there travel to Fürstenfeld and then take a bus or taxi to Loipersdorf.
Travelling by plane
Weekly flight connections from Germany and Switzerland to Graz.
From Graz, travel either by train or taxi to Bad Loipersdorf.
