Our house is situated in the middle of the Burgenland-Styrian hill country, in the East Styrian thermal & volcanic region in a sunny and quiet location. Our spacious comfort rooms in country house style are equipped with anteroom, bathroom, WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar, safe and with terrace or balcony. Furthermore, we offer free WLAN and bathrobes for your visit to the thermal baths.

The rooms offer different possibilities, each with balcony and with the already mentioned equipment, family room with access or connection via the balcony. With us, the price-performance ratio is simply perfect. Through our inn, we can also gladly offer you half board.
Our hearty breakfast will get your day off to a good start. Whether in the breakfast room by the open fire, in the winter garden, on the terrace in the green or served in your room..... 

Our Weinkellerstöckl with farmhouse parlour right next to the guesthouse invites you for different kinds of celebrations with a special flair. Smaller groups of up to 16 people can be accommodated in the parlour or under the wine arbour for up to approx. 30 people. Book your very special celebration in a great ambience. Whether with specialities from the charcoal grill, delicious steaks or even a farmhouse snack, we will be happy to advise you.

Located at the foot of the thermal spa Loipersdorf, we are very central with many possibilities for various activities. The "Wine Experience Trail" and cycle paths lead directly past us. The charming landscape with vineyards and mixed forests simply inspires everyone.

Our accommodation is located before the ascent to the Therme and is a good start to ease the ascent to the Therme with a cold drink, a cup of coffee with a piece of cake. The spa can be reached quickly both on foot and by car. So if you want, you can enjoy nature through the forest or make a brisk approach by car. The adjacent Wine Experience Trail can also be explored on foot or by bike. Nature experiences, viewpoints and culinary delights - everything regional can be tried out.

We are northern Germans and have decided to work and live here in beautiful Styria for the rest of our time. We like to have contact with our guests. The first time you come as a guest, the second time as a friend and the third time as a family member. That is our motto, a small family management with heart and soul.

We are also open for a chat and try to make it as pleasant as possible for the guest.

An idyllic courtyard with a group of several vacation apartments, all of which can be reached via the central courtyard. This makes us ideal for large families, birthdays and gatherings of friends who want to stay together but still have their own apartment. For cozy long summer evenings, there is a large seating area with barbecue and pavilion, a lounge corner, and you can also play billiards and darts in our courtyard. The inner courtyard is not visible.

Each apartment is modernly equipped and offers plenty of space (50, 70, 100, 100 square meters). The house also has a large fenced garden, so dogs can also be allowed to run around there.
From here you can reach the thermal baths in a few minutes by car, to Hungary you need about 20 minutes.
We can comfortably accommodate a total of 14 people, or more if required :-)

Family-friendly and small but fine guesthouse. All guest rooms are lovingly furnished by the carpenter. A generous breakfast room is available for our guests - ideal for group and family celebrations. The "Buschenschenken" (wine taverns) are within walking distance. For the little ones we have a children's play area and a playground. A varied breakfast buffet with a healthy corner round off  the offer. Parking spaces directly in front of the house available.
